Parts. Online -v- phone call

Used the website to inquire about KTM bike parts and availability. Sent it at 8am and then waited for a response.... no response across nearly 7 hours. Called the parts dept at 4:30p and the guy was very helpful and cheerfully took a special order... and setup contacting me via email when the (parts) arrive next week. All good. -But. No response at all from online inquiry... and here today.. still nothing. Ah, not good !

Front wheel speed sensor

My front wheel speed sensor was improperly adjusted at the factory which led to ABS and Check Engine Lights continually lit, and speedometer and audio volume not functioning. They squeezed me in on short notice, diagnosed the problem and got me on my way very quickly. I appreciate the attention to detail and the exemplary customer service that I received on this issue.
